  Index the docs packages this project depends on
  --force  re-index packages already in the store
  --no-artifacts  skip the declarations derived from installed libraries
  also accepts: --store <path>, --cwd <dir>, --json, -q, --quiet, -h, --help
  effects: read, write; idempotent
  exit: 0 success; 1 the command failed; 2 the command was used wrongly
  $ docspack sync
  $ docspack sync --force
